Same transaction displaying multiple times
Has anyone else encountered an issue with transactions displaying multiple times? Let’s say I purchased something on the 13th, it’s displaying as two of the exact same transaction in MYOB. Checked my bank, its only one transaction. Has been happening for a few weeks. Looks like I have submitted it as complete in tasks but now in “money out” it’s showing as money out twice. Bit of an issue as it shows I’m spending more than I actually am. Have logged out completely & signed back in as an attempt to refresh my profile but no success.
Have opened Solo MYOB but I cannot connect to the bank feed as my bank Auswide needs an authority form filled in and signed. Can you help me? I need an authority form can you please supply one.

Hi All, I have a problem, I bought solo for mum to give it a go, but she has been unwell and her accountant passed away, now I’m trying to complete her 2024-2025 tax, no my issue is how do you run the profit and loss report? My app will only show this financial year and last financial year, seems we can go back to the year before that. I have screenshot my options.
WHY CAN'T I see more then last financial quarter?
This app! I swear to God!! Why would you limit me to only see this and last financial quarter? Why? So I have to pay my accountant so they can send me a print screen on it? If they can see it, that means I should be able to see it?! What if I want to see the financial quarter from 3 months ago? There is no reason that I can think of to limit this? Or is it only so I have to pay someone money or upgrade to another version? I was able to access it 3 days ago. But since it now is in July I can't access it anymore!!! Laughingstock who ever thought this was a good idea. And yes I'm furious because this is stupid!
SOLO BANK FEED DUPLICATES
Hi, requesting urgent support from MYOB Bank feeds team. I've got duplicate expenses in the bank feeds from what looks to be between 10/5/26 - 2/7/26. I've definitely checked my bank and these are not duplicate transactions from the supplier. There is far more than what I've screenshot. I've tried to request support via the chat and I called support during the support hours, however it hung up on me and I've had no response. Please contact me asap. Tried twice to link my Solo Money bank account to Square to receive payments. Had no trouble before with a different banking service. Neither Square nor MYOB can shed any light on why this is happening beyond the standard responses: - Bank info must be entered correctly - Must be a transactional account which allows direct debits - Must have min $1 balance to facilitate test transaction Have previously linked to Square using other bank accounts and had no issues.Why wont it let me select “include in TPAR” on a sub contractor expense?
Hello Context: Plastering business in the construction industry I am unable to select “include in tpar” on a sub contractor expense. I have added the individuals ABN, email & address to his profile as a supplier. I can see the button but it is grey,faded & seems inactive. Any help is appreciated
Unable to view saved Receipts on paid Invoices
MYOB SOLO. Using on Android. When I complete a Paid Invoice and try to attach a copy of my saved Receipt, it appears to have saved, when i return to the app and open that Invioice then "View Receipt" i can only see tiles with 0.00% displayed. If i try and open these i get a progress indicator that seems to never get anywhere so i just cancel out of it. Example Receipt is a .pdf and is 71.96kb. I have tried attaching it both fron OneDrive, then also from a copy saved locally on my device. Please assist.
Search for transaction categories & changing allocated transactions.
If I have accidentally allocated a transaction to the wrong category, it is very difficult to change it unless I know exactly what the name of the transaction was. It would be helpful to search by category name, or be able to access each category to see which transactions have been allocated, so it can easily be changed. Currently, the app only lets you search via the bank account list and the search bar is terrible. Even if I search by transaction date, or value of the transaction (eg: $128.00) it rarely works. Is there another way?
I cannot recoverr any saved reciepts
All my saved paid reciepts are no longer there when I bring up an expense and click view reciept all that comes up is 0.00% and when I try to save new reciepts the same is true even though the app tells me the expense has been saved. I have lost many reciepts adding up to thousands of dollars.
Recording Car Loan
How do you record a financed vehicle purchase in Solo when the finance company pays the dealer directly and there is no bank transaction? I’ve: Created a Motor Vehicle asset category. Created a Vehicle Finance liability category. Recorded a $5,000 deposit paid from my business bank account. The remaining $34,483 was paid directly to the dealer by the finance company. Solo Support said to use the liability category to track the opening balance and repayments, but I can’t find any way to enter the opening loan balance of $34,483. How have others recorded this so the vehicle shows as an asset and the finance shows as a liability?App issues
Hello since the most recent update, version 8.0.0, which I updated 5 days ago. Everytime I finish entering a transaction the app freezes and I have to force shut the app and log back in again. This is incredibly frustrating I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro and have never had this issue before. As I often only enter a weeks worth of transactions at a time, this makes the whole process a lot longer
Can't see saved reciepts
Hi, Ive just checked some of my saved reciepts and lots of them are not there. They all scanned like normal and prefilled everything fine so I have just been presuming everything was ok. Its only now that I thought I'd check some purchases, and click view reciept, it just shows o.oo%. Some show the receipt like normal, but lots don't. The problem is I don't have the paper receipts any more because I thought once they were scanned and auto filled they would be safe. Any ideas?Categorising expenses and drawings + Editing categories
Background: Switched and migrated from Xero to Solo by MYOB I'm really struggling to understand the categorisation of expenses, primarily my Drawings. Under Xero, if I transferred money to my personal bank account it would be categorised as "Sara Drawings" and not be an 'expense'. But in Solo it's coming up and skewing my expenses? It says its under the "Liability" category -- what does this mean and should/can I change it? Further questions: Question: I have multiple account options when I select "Bank Transfer", not just my two bank accounts. It says things like "Annual Leave" "Tax" "Bank Account 1" Bank Account 2". What are these and where can I remove or edit the list? Question: Where can I export the FY and Quarter Profit and Expenses? Can't find this in the app. Question: When changing "expense tye" what does Personal mean? Is this for when you spend that isn't related to the business? Is this a good option for my drawings?Automatic update to selling price if customer purchase over a specific quantity
Hi All, I would like to know if there is a way to update the selling price of an inventory item so it automatically updates a lower price if a customer purchases it over a specific quantity. For example, the selling price of a tshirt is $25 but if a customer purchases 4 or more, they can get it at $23 each. Thank you in advance for your advice.
