Hi all, I'm posting regarding reconciling income from a linked bank account, I keep having an issue where a payment is taken through the tap to pay feature of the app and recorded as income. A couple of days later when the settlement hits the bank account, it’s asking me to categorise the income again. I can’t link it to the relevant invoice(s) as they’re already showing as paid. How do I get around this? Currently I’m saving the income as personal income so that I can remove it from my to do list but surely there is a better way..? So I’m reconciling my expenses in solo. This is literally just matching items from the bank feed to the expenses. This is a painful process at best. When searching for an expense to match for instance parking. I get charged $3.60 once a week to park at one of my clients buildings. I would like to see all of the records that match $3.60. I search 3.60 in the search bar and 10 records will appear some matched some unmatched. I will then match one with my parking expense log and the screen will refresh, now only two records appear. This is certainly incorrect as previously records appeared to be honest. I have parked there more than 10 times. It should show me all of the matched and unmatched payments. Some of them are missing and the search is unreliable. If I put in ‘point parking’ another term used on this record, again most records will show up. I can pick one and match it. Again the screen refreshes and all that one of my records will show up. I feel like this is a glitch rather than something I can be helped with. This needs to be addressed, otherwise I would like to move across to myob light. Hi Team, I've just opened a storefront using Shopify. Is there a way to link it to my MYOB Solo account? Hi I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month and finally got through on Wednesday after being I b hold for hours. I am currently on hold into the 45th minute with the 'cancellation team'. Yeaterday I also tried and had a long wait. Instead of answering, it offers to go in-line for callback. That callback happened at 7am this morning amd was not recieved. I want to unsubscribe and this is an absolute joke of a system. The only way alledgedly is via a phone call, that I have sunk serious time into thus far. The app is not for me and does not meet my needs. Going through this process to simply cancel / unsubscribe is completely unnessecary and unacceptable and I would even suggest unethical or illegal. I am still not cancelled or unsubscribed as of now. If this is not rectified immediately I am going to reach out to whomever I can from a fair trade / consumer affairs standpoint. As well as public forums. I want to delete an invoice but the Ai answer says there should be a delete option when I click on an invoice 3 dots and there is no option presented to me....only to refund payment or in my case of creating an invoice with no payment received I have no option to delete or refund. I am not in Australia, and not using Solo anymore.MYOB SoLo does not allow user to delete account, it doesn't make sense. It is almost impossible to contact MYOB, no customer service to email and close account. My credit card is close but still getting charged as credit on Solo account. One of my customers paid an invoice online and I had opted for them to pay the credit card surcharge. However she is unable to reconcile as her invoice doesn’t show the card fee of 1.8%. Hi, for two days now I have been unable to sign in to the myob solo app. It does the whole looging in thinking thing and then just rebounds back to the sign in page. The email and pw used are 100% correct. This is NOT a user issue. This has been an ongoing problem for months, however it usually let's me back in after a few attempts, however this time it has gone on for days and it is now negatively impacting my ability to actually run my business. I cannot access my money, take payments, send invoices - nothing. I have even tried fixing it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app - yet it persists. Im a sole trader/driver. Can the support team please explain how to set up and automate our business percentage use against our expenses in the app. I initially imagined that when the bank feeds arrived, it would automatically adjust the % on each expense transaction, except income.
