Connecting Bank Feeds

Does anyone know why when I try to connect additional Bank Feeds to our AccountRight account that my access is denied? I have full access as the Business Owner and Administrator.

    Welcome to the Community Forum!

    The "Access Denied" error usually happens if the login details you're using aren't for an Administrator or Owner of the file. Since you’ve mentioned you’re using the correct login, we might need to check this further on the backend. Please send me a private message with your serial number and login email, and I’ll be happy to check this one further.
