MYOB Account Right stuck doing backup

Myob file stuck in backup, its need to be reset please - urgent
Hello, my file is stuck in backup mode

I did a backup, it seemed to stop

Now all I get is backup in progress.

Darn end of month !!!

Is there someone that can reset my company file

    Hi Eyecraft,

    I see your file is stuck during backup. Could you please reply with the last four digits of your serial number and your Company file ID? Thank you!
