Unable to backup online

Hi

 

Since the new update we cannot update our file.
We receive the below message.

  • All good, I didn't realise it changed to online backups itself so I went into preferences and went back to our usual offline backups.

    Can you confirm if your AccountRight software is on 2026.2, the latest version? We released it last week alongside the ability to create an online backup. Check out this help page for more information and step by step instructions. 

     

    I'd recommend shutting down your AccountRight software, clearing the AccountRight cache before trying to do another cloud backup. Let me know if the error message persists after those steps.

    Hi Amanda,

     

    Can you please supply me with the following certificates:

    Compliance checks Audit Report

    System Vulnerabilities – Penetration Testing Certificate

    Incident Management – any Data Breaches response plans

    I have to send this to our IT Department as MYOB requires our backups to go online.

     

    Also I have to notify the ATO.
