RE: gross amount on payslip

I have set up 2 new employees in MYOB Accountright.

 

When I start a payrun these employees gross wages are not showing and I have to enter manually.

 

How do I fix this problem?

    Sorry for the delayed response. It seems like the gross wages for your new employees aren't popping up automatically in MYOB AccountRight. First, look at the 'Standard Pay' section in each employee's card file. Make sure there's an amount entered there, and it's not zeroed out. That's where MYOB AccountRight picks up the default wage for each pay run. Next, when you're running the pay, make sure to select the correct pay cycle that matches what's set in the employee's card file. If they don't match up, the system might not grab the wage amount correctly. Give these steps a try, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.
