AO Client Accounting client moved from Accountright to Business Lite.

My client has changed from Accountright to Business and now I get the message 

"Newtonsoft.Json.JsonSerializationException
Error converting value "The company file can't be found. It might have been deleted." to type 'MYOB.AccountRight.API.Client.Model.ErrorResponse'. Path '', line 1, position 62.

System.ArgumentException
Could not cast or convert from System.String to MYOB.AccountRight.API.Client.Model.ErrorResponse."

whenever I go into Client Accounting. 

I want to reconfigure to their MYOB Business file but it doesn't give me the opportunity to. What can I do?

    Hi Chloe,

     

    I'm having the same issue today with a client who has moved from ARL to Business Pro.

    I've lodged a support request from the partner dashboard. 

    Have you had this issue resolved yet?

    Hi Angi84

    Yes. My issue was resolved by a tech. I had to wait for the response to the support request. 

     

    It was quick for this one. Hope yours is too!
