EFT Reconciliation report .csv format

I have recently started using the Fee From Refund outsource system. That system requires EFT reconciliation reports uploaded in .csv format. I can successfully get .pdf EFT reconciliation reports from MYOB AO Tax (desktop). How can I get the .csv format?

    Hey KalemNetAu

That is correct, unfortunately we do not have the functionality to export the EFT Reconciliation report directly to excel for you to save as .csv.

Our only recommendation is to export the saved pdf/word document to Excel and save as .csv from within Excel. For other reports such as the tax client search (From the reports module within AE) this can be exported directly to Excel to save as a .csv file.

I know this is not an ideal solution but please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,
    Aiden.

    Hi AidenC,

Thank you for the offer. Is this a formal reply from MYOB?

I am looking for a way to lighten my work load. I would not prefer adding another thing to do on my already full list. I asked this as other tax softwares provide this format, propably MYOB does too, but I do not know how to retrieve it.

PS: Still looking for a solution from MYOB.

    Thank you

  • Hey KalemNetAu

.csv is a Micosoft Excel file format which you can create by saving an Excel spreadsheet as the .csv format.

You can convert your existing PDF file to .csv by following this article from Adobe.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

    Cheers,
    Aiden.
