Missed to upgrade to MYOB_AE_2021.2_AU_Installer in March

Hi there, 

 

We have been using MYOB/AE Accountants enterprise and we missed the upgrade to MYOB_AE_2021.2_AU_Installer in March. 

 

Now we need to roll forward to the financial year 2022 to keep doing taxes, lodge, etc... 

 

In the technical support line, we were informed that there is no support for us as we did not install the upgrade and the software is just obsolete.  We lodged a ticket for someone to get back to us but never happened. 

 

What should we do? Close the firm? How can we keep working for the next financial year?? 

 

HELP???

    Hi Jimena1 ,

     

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community!

     

    You are not required to install the 2021.2 or FBT release prior to installing the 2022.0 release.

     

    The 2022.0 release (which includes the 2022 tax year forms and allows you to lodge 2022 returns) includes the FBT update and the FBT forms for the year ended 31/3/2022.

     

    You can download the release from the my.MYOB site.

     

    I can see that you've asked about MYOB doing the install for you - this has been referred to the sales team and they will be in touch to provide a price should you wish to have MYOB perform the install.
