Missing Pre-fill Information

Hi team,

We are using MYOB version 5.4.38.101 plus and have completed MYOB Tax 2021.0a.

However Pre-fill report is blank in couple of our returns.

We have download and save the pre-fill into tax and pre-fill is completed in the return but still pre-fill reprot is balnk and information not reflecting in return.

Please suggest if anything we can try.
