Item Information Page Missing clickable arrows

Good afternoon

 

I used to be able to see the blue clickable arrows in the items information page which takes me directly to the items register, see snippet below, first snippet is from my desktop and the second snippet is from my colleagues. Have I accidentally switched a setting off? How can I get this setting back?

    Thank you for providing the additional information. I've made some changes on the backend to address the issue. I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache first, then logging out and back in again to see if the issue persists.

    Thank you for providing the additional information. I've made some changes on the backend to address the issue. I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache first, then logging out and back in again to see if the issue persists.

    Thanks for your detailed post with screenshots.

    One reason this issue might occur is due to a change in user access. For me to investigate this for you, could you please provide the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID? Thank you!

    Serial number last 4 digits 0197 & company file ID is 1.

    Appears restarting my PC, the changes you made has now fixed the issues, I am able to see the clickable blue arrows.

    No, still having the same issue. MYOB suggested I uninstall and reinstall MYOB on my desktop. I haven't yet tried whether that resolves it. The arrows tend to appear and disappear, but although you cannot see the arrows, if you know the where the arrows are supposed to be, it can still be clicked - that's my workaround for now.

We recommend trying the solution provided by our support team by uninstalling and reinstalling the software to see if it resolves the issue.  If the problem continues, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount for further investigation.
