MYOB AE crash when preview Client Accounting Reports

We have been having ongoing issues for a couple of years now with MYOB AE crashing when previewing reports in Client Accounting.

 

Are others having this same issue? There is no rhyme or reason we can see for it. We have since using Clients Accounting upgrade workstations and this issue has still remained with us. Once it happens we log back into AE and we are fine. Is anyone else having or had this issue? It is very frustrating especially for those that prepare a lot of financial reports where this can happen a couple of times a day. Below is an example of the issue we have.

    Thank you for the reply. I can not impress how frustrating it is and with all respect the 'work around' is not practical or satisfactory. MYOB really need to invest in fixing this

    This is an issue we are aware of and has been reported by several people.

     

    Currently we do not have a fix for it. As a work around you can restart AE during breaks and restart the server on a daily basis.
