MYOB Tax returns stuck at transmitting

Hi

For a week now we have returns stuck at transmitting.  They are going through to the ATO but wont clear from lodgement manager.  The IT company and MYOB have been troubleshooting but no luck.  Has anyone else had this issue?  We are also not getting the activity statement obligations report.  It is stuck in downloading.  

Any assistance would be appreciated.
