no pdf found to process

User with no server admin right has the following tax form printing error: (with AntiVirus turned off)

Unable to generate BAS report, given the error code: no pdf found to process 

 

User with server admin right can print tax forms and reports from AE Tax.

    Hi Juliezhu 

     

    I understand that you have since spoken with our phone-based team, who after want appears to be a number of attempts, have resolved the situation for you after running various tools/services on that computer.
