It looks like the error in the screenshot is from Adobe Acrobat. If you are using Adobe to make markings on documents and encountering issues, you will need to speak to the support team for Adobe as we don't support 3rd party software.

Hi ChrisMYOB
I am using the MYOB PDF Manager to do the mark ups and save the document, but yes the error is popping up when I open the saved document from Adobe.

I have just done a bit more investigating and the document will open in Microsoft edge but the markups are not showing.
