remove a user marked as owner

My accountant has put himself down as owner ( in terms of user acess) How do I remove this ? I am no longer using this accountant but they would have access.

    Thank you for your response. To help you remove your accountant owner access, can you please verify the following details via private message?

    • Your serial number
    • Your full name and email address
    • Name of your accountant and email address

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

    I'm sorry to hear that and thanks for the detailed information. If you are not the primary contact on the account we are unable to directly update the AccountRight Live Ownership.


    If that is required you would need to get a previous AccountRight Live Owner/the primary contact to contact us to arrange for that. Alternatively, the current primary contact can log into their my.MYOB account and select My Account>>My Details>>Update primary contact to update that information.

    Please do let me know how you go on this.
