tax prefill - carer payment
The prefill is not importing data re carer payment, whether a tax exempt or taxable income amount.
Apart from manually entering the data, is there a fix for this?

Hi sgan,
We haven't come across a scenario where the information is not prefilled in the return for Item 6. It might be due to the information in the prefill report from ATO is not finalized.
Please contact Support as we might need more information about the return.
Until then, the only way is to enter the details in the return manually.
