Amount not on bank statement

I know exactly what my discrepancy is but I don't know how to make it reconcile.  

On my bank rec I have a payment my shop made on the last day of the month for Advertising, that does not appear on my bank Statement..... how do I deal with this $1694 when I am reconciling?
