I’ve checked and there doesn’t appear to be a current widespread incident matching this exact error, although there is a separate BNZ-specific bank feeds issue affecting some New Zealand customers.
Please try updating the bank feeds again in a few minutes. If it still doesn’t go through, it would be best to create a ticket in My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant so support can investigate further.
