Bank Feed Error

 Just about to post the same error....oddly 4 transactions did appear dated 29/04/2026 but when I click on Get Bank Transactions I get the same pop up error.

This is actually the second time in 3 months that this error happens. Good luck on waiting for a reply from MYOB support, it took them more than a month to get back to me asking for further details of the issue with their so called "priority support", the issue was already resolved by the time they ask me for the details.

Same error message, looks like for everyone today. Says last updated 4:27am Friday 1 May.

Very inconvenient if everybody pays on 30th and now we can't send out statements as they would not reflect payments made yesterday. 

Hope they can fix it soon.

Same Error - of course it would happen when it is month end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot to mention there is a temporary fix for issue. Use the green round arrow refresh button instead of Get Bank Transactions button, it will update the bank feeds however watch out for duplicates after they have have fixed the issue. Last time when it happened, transactions that has already been allocated appeared again once the Get Bank Transactions button error has been resolved.

Thanks for flagging this error when updating bank feed. It's being raised internally for investigation, and it should show up soon on either our Status Hub or the Bank feeds updates page once it’s formally logged there. In the meantime, keep an eye on those pages for live updates while the team digs into it.

Same feed error when click "Get Bank Transactions". I press it now as a matter of course given gaps sometimes appear.

MYOB devs we need all hands on deck next few months as we plan our way through Labor bs tax changes...
