Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.
As for this matter, you can only have one category linked to any one Invoice bill. Unlike jobs where you can only have one category linked to any one invoice bill. If you have one bill that needs to be split over multiple categories then you need to enter multiple bills one for each category.
You can check on this Help Article: Allocating transactions. Otherwise you would need to split up the relevant account when creating a transactions, like an Invoice or a bill, and match the payments to those Bank Feeds.
