Bulk Updating Jobs List

Hi all, 

 

I'm trying to work out a way to bulk update our Jobs List. Basically, I'd like to update multiple jobs to inactive in one fell swoop!

    Export the jobs (File>Import/Export)


    Edit the IsActive (or similar) column in excel to mark as then inactive, then reimport over the top updating existing records.  Dont tick anything else on the import screen other than the job number and the IsActive field, that should do it..
