Issues attempting Import of CSV to Spend Money

I need to import a lot of small transactions in to MYOB AR 2025.5.1.3 as spend money via a CSV which has a lot of pre-processing done to it.

I've tried various formats of the CSV and all have failed. A sample one here :

Date, Tax-Inc Amount, Tax-Ex Amount, IDacct, Memo, Allocation Account, Cheque Account, Tax Code, Inclusive

2/01/2025, 145.51, 132.28, MyCard, Fuel Station, 60392, 11131, GST, X

Mappings are obvious.

The card "MyCard" exists (as a name and as its Card ID) and have tried by Co/Last Name and CardID options. Manually tested a spend money and OK. CSV is UTF-8 with no junk characters.

Error log :

Summary of errors
Error -15: Account number not found in list of postable accounts.

-15
,2/01/2025, 145.51,132.28, MyCard, Fuel Station,, 11131, GST,X

Does that log indicate it's failing to get the allocation account? (,,)

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi factotumindust,

Thanks for the detailed info, it’s super helpful! Quick tip: make sure the account isn’t set as a header account. Also, try opening the chart of accounts (Categories) in AccountRight to double-check that the number is ‘60392’ and is set for use in Spend Money.

If it’s still acting up, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team, we’d love to help figure it out. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Regards,
    Earl
