ABSS Premier: Network Error (18:1147:2001:0) has occurred. Unable to send messages to XXX

Please help!!!

Been receiving this error message whenever a user doing new entry to MYOB (Eg. recording an invoice, spend money etc).

 

Tried disable antivirus and connecting it thru direct wired internet.

Can't seem to work.
