Error message account right Premier

Hi There,

 

I need some help with Account Right V19.16 Premier.

I'm trying to log in with my usual file and the attached error has appeared: "The tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid".

 

This is the first time that this happens to me and I've been using the system with no issues at all for the whole 2022 & 2023.

 

Can you please, help me to sort this out?

    Hello Bfx21 

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    On inspection of this error message, it does appear to occur due to a bug in OneDrive's sync process that could be caused by corrupted temporary files or corrupted/damaged On-demand junction files.  

     

    You would be able to do some of the following: 

    1. Run a CHKDSK Scan. 
    2. Run the DISM and SFC Scan.
    3. Check for File-Specific Issues

    There are other things you would be able to do surrounding this error, however, I suggest speaking to Microsoft support for further steps on this error.
