How to open back upfiles from Premier v19 from 2015 - is it possible with AccountRight ? or can you supply a download to v19

We upgraded from Premier v19 to AccountRight a few years back and now I need to open a backupfile from 2015 that I have saved. Is this possible ? Or do I need to open through Premier v19? if so where would I locate a download for Premier v19.
