HI - since I updated to the single sign on I can't process payroll in Accountright - only in the web version. Will this be resolved soon?

The same thing is happening to us since updating to single sign on, we can only process wages through the web browser. when will this be fixed

Also having the same issue and now i can't access a saved payroll in the browser also. I spent 1.5 hours on live chat with myob yesterday with no resolution

That does sound like a bit of a hassle, especially since it was working fine before. As a first step, I’d recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to rule out any software discrepancies, this often helps resolve behaviour like what you’re seeing.

HI - I lodged a support case yesterday with MYOB - haven't heard anything back yet. I am going to start getting a million phone calls if it can't be resolved. I have many clients who process payroll on Accountright and don't know how to use the web version. Also the web version doesn't have the same flexibility as Accountright so is not a feasible option
We are experiencing the same issue and now can't access a saved payroll in the browser as it is continually loading. I need to finalise in desktop today as browser does not have all the capabilities needed.
Is there a solution coming for this problem? thx
