First Payroll of New FY Crashes. AGAIN.

I have tried to process the first payrun in the new Financial Year, which "times-out" at the point of recording. Pay period 22/06/26 - 28/06/26 with payment date 02/07/26. System hangs for approx 4 mins after selecting "Record". System returns with error message of "Retry" or "Cancel". Selecting "Retry" results in the same outcome. Only option is to select "Cancel". Payroll is then not recorded. The same problem occurred last three FY. Case reference from previous years are 01372663, 01373520 & 01820999. Currently on hold with MYOB with a two hour wait time. Please provide a response to this chat earlier. Thank you. Serial Number ends in 0178.
