I'm not completely familiar with this version, but you may find that you can ignore and bypass this step and still open your data file to read the information. If not, then someone else on here may have a solution.

It's my first time hearing about a registration number, so I'm not familiar with it either. Usually, you just need your login email address and password to access files. Have you tried ignoring the registration number prompt and continuing to open your file? If it still doesn't let you access the file, you'll need to reach out to our support team. You can contact them through live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA or raise a support ticket via My Account.
