Historical balancing account makes balance sheet not balanced

Somehow a historical balancing account appears on my balance sheet and it confuses the balance sheet. No one has made any changes to the opening balances, and I can see the amount shown in the historical balancing account is the same as the opening balance of an inactive account (inactive for more than 5 years).

 

Can anyone please help?
