Hi Oldsalt,
Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum!
I apologize for the delayed response. Occasionally, this issue arises due to file-related issues. To resolve it, follow these steps:- Navigate to Setup >> Balances >> Account Opening Balances.
- Choose an account with a $0 opening balance (take note of the account - jot it down).
- Enter a $1 opening balance for this account and click Ok.
- Return to Setup >> Balances >> Account Opening Balances and remove the $1 opening balance, restoring it to $0.
- Click Ok.
- Re-run the Balance Sheet and verify that it now balances.
