In the meantime, you might want to try clearing your AccountRight cache or try to check with other users of the file to see if they experienced the same issue.

Thank you for reaching out to me. The issue is resolved. It related to Time Billing invoice with Salesperson missing last name. We used the quick setup for salesperson.
