Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

If you are using Account Right Plus then there is the Time Billing area.

First in the Preferences under the System tab you have to set up some of the basics for time billing, the time billing unit of time and wheater you will round up, down or to nearest.

You then have to create activities - e.g. bookkeeping. there are lots of different options in the activity setup so have a play and see what suits you best.

To track the time you need to open the Enter Activity Slip window.

If you have setup the activity as hourly there will be a time tracker at the bottom of the activity slip.

All you need do is click on start then when you finish click on stop and it will tell you how long you have been working for.

Thanks, I'll give it a go.

But I guess the other answer is without this having been set up there's no way I can tell how much time I've already spent in this file??

Is there no such thing as length of login to the online file ??

There is the Session Security Audit Report  which will show every sign on and sign out of the file.

It also gives you the time so you can calculate the amount of time spent in the file.

Go to Reports > Accounts > Securty & Audit.
