API linking to my products

HI,

 

I have registered and set up our developer key but it is only showing our 2 of our Accoutright files, we have another that we are currently using for testing but cant see it in the API link.  How do I add the third file so we are able to link to it ?

    Hi Meljane,

     

    Thanks for reaching out, There are a couple of reasons that can cause this however the main reason is that the email you are using has not been invited to work with that company file. 

     

    If the above does not resolve the issues you can create a support request with us HERE and we can have a more in-depth look at what is occurring.
