Obsolete Products

HOw do I delete obsolete products? We have an ever-growing number of products which are either no longer available to us or obsolete.

    Hi Jacmus 

     

    Once you have used an Item, as Turtlewitnohome notes, you cannot delete that item. Renumber by adding a zz in front of the Item Number (this pushes to the bottom of the Items List) and then make Inactive.

     

    There is a 3rd party that can delete Items in bulk, however due to cost (approx $275) this is only worthwhile it you have a large number to remove.

    I dont think that you can, only make them inactive.

     

    Its a pain in the butt
