Create CreditRefund via api not works, but it works via UI

Hi there,

 

I have an issue to create CreditRefund via API. The balance due on the invoice is $-318.7, I cannot create CreditRefund via api for $318.7. API returns with error message "Credit Refund amount must be less than or equal credit available on Invoice". But I am able to create CreditRefund via UI (desktop version of application) for $318.7 that is the same amount requested via API. As I remember, it was working previously, but recently returns the error.
Is there any know issue about this?

 

Is there any way to work around this?

    Thanks for reaching out, It is hard to narrow down what could be causing this to occur as everything you have mentioned is correct and should not cause the error. 

     

    What we will need to do is have a more in-depth look into what is causing this. Can you please create a support request with us HERE.
