MYOB API Access for Own Data

We've recently attempted to upgrade from v19.16 to AR Premier 2025.4 and when applying for developer access to use the API to access our own data we are being asked for an additional $110pcm?

This doesn't seem right is it?

What is the current process for requesting the Developer Licence for accessing our own information? I've used the form referred to in the documentation but have been told we need to join the Partner Program?

In this case we are the developer and subscribed user, we don't need (or want) 3rd parties to integrate with a simple REST API.
