MYOB Assist App User Access
Hi, I've just put the app on my phone to see if it will work with my software and it appears to do what I have asked.
I want to give access to our employees so that they can send through receipts, particularly fuel receipts but also other invoices that do not get emailed to me.
My question is:
How much can they see of my file? I just want them to be able to upload the receipts, I don't want them to be able to see other purchases or invoicing (which I know I can restrict but not sure how much they can still see) or any real access to the file. Is this possible?
And is it a matter of sending them an invite, they create their own user ID for my file and they have their own password and login?
