Assist App doesn’t work as Read Only
Have 20 staff that were happily using the capture App to send receipts to the Finance Officer. They were all set up with read only access and Time Billing so they had no access to the actual file as this would be a breach of our company security. The new Assist App will not work anymore using these settings. Having staff go back to emailing the receipts is extremely time consuming and now they forget. What is the fix ? Thank you
HI JenSch yesterday we released an update so that your team can use the capture feature when you give them 'Contacts' permissions with read only. Hope this helps!
