Sign in process for Assist app
The sign in process is ridiculous. I used to be able to bring up the app, quickly scan my receipt and be on my way.
Now I need to sign in every single time I open the app. Plus the email verification, which annoys me anyway, but I need to do everytime.
The time it takes me to sign in is longer than scanning the receipt.
Will there be an update to keep the app signed in on each device?

It’s a hassle having to sign in and punch in email codes each time when you’re just trying to snap a receipt and get on with your day. A quick win to speed things up is turning on biometrics:
- Tap the More menu at the bottom right
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Enable biometrics
On the update to keep the app signed in on each device, we don't have any infos yet.
