Cannot change login (Login name already exists I116_30000)

Hi team,

 

Can you please help to change my login email address?

    Hi bradm30,

     

    Sometimes a full cache can cause temporary issues, which might be why you're seeing that error message. If you're the administrator, you should be able to change your login email address. Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps you change your email address. Follow the steps in this link to update your email.

     

    It's generally not advisable to change other users' login email addresses, especially the primary contact's email address, without proper authorization. If you're still unable to change your email address, it's best to reach out to our support team via live chat with the virtual assistant MOCA. They can check if the email you're trying to use already exists, which could be causing the error.
