Changing log in emails which account

Hi after receiving advice I accessed my account to change my email.  Was surprised two accounts.

I think one was from a long time ago for the same files.  I had first today updated my only used company file and verified it.

Of the two listed how do I know which is the current one to change or must I change on both?

    Nice work spotting that. Sounds like you've been on top of things! You can go ahead and change the email on both accounts, but we'd recommend reaching out to our support team just to double-check what's going on. I've had a look on our end and can only see one account linked to your email, so it's best to have them take a closer look and make sure everything's lined up properly. Just jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account.
