Bit of a weird one. I’ve just updated my own AccountRight and I can still see the Custom option under Reports. It doesn’t look like the update itself has nuked it. It’s more likely something’s changed with your access. You can go to
- Setup > User Access > Manage Roles.
- Click on your role.
- In the Reports section, make sure the Custom checkbox is ticked.
If it's still playing up after that, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account so they can dig into it further.
