Good Morning,
I cannot log into my company file due to the following:
The company file is currently backing up. You can sign on once the backup is complete.
Please provide solution ASAP. I obviously need to access my file.

I get how urgent this needs to be resolved, and I've reset your company file back to active. Try logging out and back in to check if everything's okay now. Let me know if you need further help!
