Cost of sales
I cant create a Cost of Sales in my chart of Accounts. The system wants me to give a header which I can't create.
Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong?

If there is already a Cost of Sales Header account, you can select it as the Parent Header.
If not, first create the Header account, Cost of Sales. This account has no Parent header. Leave that field blank.
Then create the Detail account Cost of Sales and select the header account as the Parent header.
