Help with GST Taxable Period

Question

Hi, I am struggling with my GST return. Several attempts to contact the helpline have failed and still now solution.

The GST Taxable Periods for me to select from stop at August 2022, when I need the most recent (2023) period to process a return.

Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips on this?

Hi hannah22&nbsp;To change the default financial year
&nbsp; &nbsp; 1. Open the cashbook for the relevant business.
&nbsp; &nbsp; 2. Go to Settings&gt; Account List.
&nbsp; &nbsp; 3. Click the edit icon next to the displayed Financial Year. A dropdown list appears with other year options.
&nbsp; &nbsp; 4. Select the required financial year period from the list.
&nbsp; &nbsp; 5. Click the save icon.Please do let me know how you go on this.&nbsp;Regards,Earl
