Lock Period

I am an administrator on the MYOB file. I have locked the period at 30 June 2020 but i can still post journal at 30 June 2020. 

 

Can you please advise what am I doing wrong here?

    Hi Naj 


    The lock period feature locks the period prior to the date entered in the Setup>>Preferences>>Security window. Therefore, if you want to lock everything until 30/06/2020, you will have to enter the lock period date as 1/07/2020.
