Hi bdevro,
The issue with being unable to print or email invoices in a locked period has been fixed by our team. But if you're still having trouble and you're on the latest version, you'll need to raise a ticket via MyAccount so our team can dive in and find a permanent solution.
In the meantime, you can print or email sales from the browser or temporarily unlock the period to get those invoices out.

hi there,
I contacted support team, and was told to unlock and print then lock back, and there is no expected resolve date for this issue. Why it fixed most clients already, and there is no even a date for us to expect being fixed permanently?
