Unable to print MYOB reports

I have some MYOB files that are offline - we are using an older version of 2022.7. 

 

When I go to print a balance sheet or general ledger it gives an error with a pathway to my C: drive.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

FYI when I try to upgrade to 2022.8 it says the company file is being used by another application and cannot upgrade, but that's a problem for another day!

    Hi Gail123 

    Can you please attach a screenshot of the exact error message and we'll check if it's related to permissions of that location ?
