Reverse Pay Superannuation lock period
I have been trying to reverse a superannuation payment in MYOB Accountright Payroll but I get the following error message: You can't record transactions dated in the lock period. The lock period is specified in the Security tab of the Preferences window.
My lock date is set to 1 over a month ago, I have also closed and reopened Accountright, but no luck.

Checking the super fund details and verifying the ABN using the ATO's super fund lookup tool is a great start. Since you're still experiencing the error, I'd recommend recreating the super fund and linking it to the employee. Once done, try processing the super payment again.
