We can’t get in touch with the ATO right now, so we can’t open this activity statement. Please try again later.

Hi There,

 

I am getting this message when I go to Fill out my BAS. I get a message saying pre-filling details from the ATO, the wheel spins for a long time then I get this error message in a red text box.

 

"We can’t get in touch with the ATO right now, so we can’t open this activity statement. Please try again later."

 

This has been happening for about 10 days now.

 

I have read some previous posts of similar issues and have logged on to the ATO authorisations page and made sure that MYOB is listed as my provider.

 

Please help?

    Update, I just logged out and back on again and now it is working.
